Whats the latest firmware version for the Zwave UCM?
I went to check on the website but no Zwave firmware downloads there either (unlike with other UCM types)!

There is now a Firmware History subforum for UCM/Zwave with links to the firmware upgrade
I cannot seem to find the link. I have a UCM/Zwave that has Zwave 5.157 written on it. I am trying to ascertain which UCM/Zwave (1,2 or 3) it is.

I saw those, I thought there were detailed version histories I missed.

Can you help?

- Zwave 1 did not have an EEPROM in the U2 socket and could not use the Zwave Configurator. It can send 1 way Zwave commands
- Zwave2 has a U4 EEPROM plugged into the socket, and uses the Zwave Configurator. It can send 1 way commands. It starts from Zwave 5.180 firmware
- Zwave3 is able to send and receive Zwave commands. Firmware version 6 is required. Also the zwave module must be loaded with the "Bridge Controller" function which can be seen in the screenshot below
The firmware can be upgraded to the latest but the important thing to check is whether there is an EEPROM in the U2 socket, and if there is check for Bridge Controller function

Can you return it to the distributor and ask for an exchange?

Got the replacement UCM today. When I try to upgrade firmware (via Comfort BUS) to 6.024, I get the error "Firmware upgrade encounted errors"
I am using Comfort II Ultra (6.028) and Configurator 3.5.6, I have upgraded other UCMs before (Cbus & GSM) without any issues.

- What was the original UCM/Zwave firmware,
- is the UCM/Zwave still working on its original firmware?
- Did you try the firmware upgrade by programming cable?

After firmware failures, it shows the version as 6.000. It does not work, getting Timeouts and No Response Errors. It did the same thing with version 6.019 hence why I tried upgrading.
