Do you have a 'feel' for when this is likely to be?

It should take some months as it needs firmware development and a Comfigurator interface

Do you have a lot of customers waiting? That might help to speed up slightly

Hi All,

I have been using heatmiser stat for a few month and it is great. Just wondering if cytech are still working on the UCM and what that might enable us to do.

Cheers

Lee

Yes we are working on it
It will allow you to read temperatures from heatmiser mapped to sensors and change setpoints among other things

Soon we will give more information on the working on the heatmiser UCM

26 stats seems to be a lot for 1 house!

Back to the drawing board.

Having been assured on the phone that British Gas could fit Heatmiser controls, it took all of 30 seconds to determine on site visit that all they were only interested in fitting was their own branded stuff and then they had nothing to offer anyway. So shown door very quickly; what a waste of time!

Now to just find somebody else.

J

Thanks for the offer, I'm in Newbury, so how does that fit with you? Perhaps if you were to do then we'd wait until my Heatmiser HM/Eth3 comes from Chiu and setup all at the same time.

On a completely different note one reason from getting my heating off of Smartfit/UCM is so I can put more mainstream (but generic) support into the ComfortClient UI so one to watch.

Can you maybe send me a PM. I hope we are talking £hundreds£ here not £thousands£ by the way to do this.

Regards

Julian
