Leds D54 and D55 never stay steady and i cant communicate with comfort. Since i have a older version of firmaware V4.206 ( the one that i'm using is 4.232) i replace the 4.232 for 4.206 and leds D54 goes off and D55 goes on as they should, but i dont have voice in the keypad (KP04), but i can communicate with comfort.
The UCM version is 5.128. When i use the 4.232 the keypad as a sound (beep) in every 3 a 4 seconds and leds Busy 1, Busy 2 and ERR goes on , the Led RDY is always on but led D10 and D9 in the UCM never lights. This problem start after i make a download just to clear the NVM and start again. My confort is a Ultra I, and I also as replace the NVM (U4) for a new one

Check that both the 4.206 and 4.232 are marked "A4.2--" which means they are Ultra I. If the marking is "O4.---" that means it is Pro which means they are not the same and require different U4.
If Ultra, check that the marking on the U4 IC is 24C256 (or something with 256) which measn 256 kilobits EEPROM. If the U4 is markedd 24C64 or 24LC65 it measn the EEPROM is 64 kilobits, and cannot be used with Ultra
Comfort Pro can be used with a 24C256 U4 EEPROM provided the correct file system is downloaded as the EEPROM capacity is bigger than what is required but not the other way round

If I put a blank NVM (24LC256) both leds D54 and D55 stay on. In the system information i see A4.232. file system 255, vocabulary number 255 and the other settings is NO and the others 0. With A4.206 and the NVM t think is corrupted i see Firmare type ACTION, File system 24, vocabulary number 0, custom vocabulary NO, and all others is set to zero, with the new NVM i see, Firmware Type ACTION, File System 24, Vocabulary Number 2, Custom Vocabulary YES, and all the others set to zero.
If i used the A4.232 i can't access to comfort even to see the system information.
There is any way to programme the NVM throw my computer using the UCM 5.128?
Please help

When you put in the blank U4 and and both D54 and D55 turn on. It is because there is no File system in the U4. You can still download File System 24 into it. Do File New Comfort I Ultra and download There will be a warning that the file system 255 in Comfort does not match File system 24 in the file, but that is OK, because your U4 is unprogrammed, ie no file system. After the download and reset, the Red LED will turn off and green will blink and stay on
It looks like your vocabulary is corrupted if there is no voice. Do a Vocabulary Download in Transfer menu. I dont know which language you are using. You may have the vocabulary file, the english one is kate26.bin
The vocabulary download takes 20 minutes. If you do not have the correct language voice file, contact your distributor, (or let me know what language you are using )

Tanks for you awnser. First I tried to download de vocab anita.bin but when reachs to 99% stops and says that download as finished but with errors, i tried a second time and the problem was the same, i tried this with A4.206 becuse I cant log in to comfort with A4.232 not accept the enginner code i tried with the strings DA5C01 to enable enginner code but still have message please enter the enginner code not a user code and cant enable the enginner code throw keypad.
Please help

I need help i tried to download vocab anita.bin and kate.bin using my UCM 5.128 but in both cases download reaches 99% and at end says that is complet but with errors. My system as you know is Comfort Ultra I i need to use the A4.206 because with A4.232 i cant log to comfort.
What is my mistake?
I tried also with UCM 5.063 and i get same error.
Please help

Vocab download completed with errors normally means that the download succeeded. You may not need to download agaiin. You should reset Comfort and see if there is voice

After download vocab file je21_267.bin my system starts, but sound in the keypads is to low.
I bought this system to Comfort Home Control, should i use another vocab file or this only need some configuration on voice settings or tuning parameters ?for this tips
Please advice
