Hi,
I had to call home (Comfort) from a landline to open my gate to let someone in, Comfort answered with 'Please sign in'. I entered *+code+# and Comfort did not respond.
I tried a few times. Pressing the # a few times after no response, Comfort announces 'Good Bye'.
I then tried calling my landline from my cell phone and it works perfectly.
Any ideas why calling Comfort from a landline does not work ?

Could it be that the landline phone that you were using was blocking the * key? Was it a PABX or a DECT phone? Sometimes they use these keys for programming the phone system
Can you try on another landline?

Yes, it's from a PABX system at work. Will try calling from a direct line.
