Have a DM02 that is connected to a gate over 400m away. Occasionally the client is having the house phones ring as though the bell push was operated. We are confident that there is no moisture ingress etc. Could it be that the DM02 board input is very sensitive? Can we change the sensitivity as with other inputs?
FYI: The intercom has a voltfree contact for the bell press that is wired back to the DM02 which is also set to voltfree.
By way of diagnostics and for furture versions of comfort/configutrator would be handy to have an action that can write text to the event log. you could then use this for long term logging and diags.

Perhaps induced voltages from other noise sources in the doorbell wire.
We will consider some rejection of short pulses

So no adjustments my end?
Will add and additional relay in series triggered by the bell push to increase immunity
