Hi there, I have had a web server module installed on my clients system for several months now, without any problems.

System is comfort one with cbus UCM, two slaves and three lems, 3 keypads and a cbus ctouch lcd.

On my last visit, I could no longer log into the CWM, it gets too the login box, where I enter the code, then it says login code accepted with an ok button.  When I click on the OK button, it goes back to the login box and nothing else happens.

I can ping the IP address OK

When I try to login to the xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/admin page, nothing happens.
When I try to access it via FTP, it tells me that the server is not responding (this is obviously using windows explorer and typing in ftp://192.168.0.11 )  I have made sure of the F0 mode, this is not the problem here.  I have also tried resetting the CWM, without any change.

As far as I know, the only things that have changed is that an extra usercode was added to the system and the IP address of the clients computer has changed from 192.168.0.10 to 192.168.0.68  I do not know why the clients IP address has changed, but I was not involved in the change.

It does not seem like either of these two things could be causing these problems, so i'm kindof stuck here, any ideas?

Thanx in advance

Hi,

From your descriptions, it seems that your CWM module is working well but it is not communicating with the system anymore.  Hence, there is no response after you login.

So you need to check on the communication bus connection (ie. KA, KB) - whether the communication LEDs on the CWM module are blinking properly, cable wires, ID settings etc...

Hope this helps.
