Hi,

I've just rewired the messy cables.  After powering up the Controller (Green LED steady, Red LED blinking) then I noticed the KP04 displaying "Updating text..." while I can hear buzzing sound on the speaker.

After it completed, when I tried to press the key, KP04 displayed "Keypad not polled"! :?

Can you pls advice how to solve this problem?

Best Regards,

Keypad not polled means that the KP04 is set to an ID that is not known by Comfort.
Use Comfigurator, go to Modules Tab right click on Controller or Keypads and select Scan for Modules.

Check what is the result. Is the KP04 discovered, is is Polled, or Not Polled
