I had a power failure last night and noticed that the iphone app was no longer working immediately after. Not completely unusual. However, I can no longer connect to Comfort no matter what I do. I've tried hard reset, restarting router, powering off comfort, no luck. Neither comfigurator or the iphone app can connect.

Comfort 2, Firmware 6.011, UCM Ethernet 6.012, comfigurator 3.6.4

Any ideas?

Can you see the ethernet module using DS manager?

Is the ethernet UCM adress 1 - we always set a remote access device to some other address other than 1 and try to use this ONLY for the app (or other application)

DS Manager doesn't see it. The UCM ID is 1

Found the issue!!. Somehow the power outage had affected the LAN port switch. I turned the switch on and off and all back to normal. Was nothing to do with comfort after all.

Thanks
