I am trying to access a zone status (with RIO' input) via telephone in HomeControlMenu, however there is no feed-back even I have chose the feed-back type zone/input?
And also I can not configue the word for Zone Off Word in Comfigurator? Is this a wrong Vocabulary version with my existing Ultra 5.045 or not: the system information from Engineer Menu (7,4,3) is FS24 and that is different with return by Comfigurator as FS34?
Pls give your advices on this. Thanks

You hve to choose the Input number for the RIO/SCS as awell as zone type, see the attached screenshot
Also make sure the number of RIO/SCS is set correctly and the ID for RIO is correct, and you have no "Communications Trouble" message
What exactly is the problem with the zone off word, you cannot select any word for it or the word does not announce when the zone goes off. You have to assign Announce Zone action for the Zone Off Response in order top hear this
The file system 34 is correct as displayed. If it were not correct, you would not ear any menu
Wat exactly did you hear on engineer Menu 7,4,3

It will not announce the File System number. Rather it seems likely that the 24 that you hear announced is the vocabulary version number. You might want to refer to the Engineer Menu Programming Manual under "System Control Number" for more information on the announcement made on the Keypad.
You can get the system version using Comfigurator. To do so, go to "Transfer", then "System Information", where you should be able to see the information on the system and the UCM connected displayed.
One more thing to add for the feedback using the RIO. Are you connecting CSM03-PCBs to the RIO inputs? If so, you would have to shunt the horizontal jumper, not the vertical sensitivity shunts , which would disable the red LED, and allow the correct status to be updated.
Another possibility is that you did not program the action keys for the control menu. Comfort takes the action key 0 to be the off state and 1 to be the on state, i.e. if you set the action key 0 to be "close" and 1 to be "open", you would the status announced as "close" when the zone is off and "open" when the zone is on.

The voice hear from Engineer Menu (7,4,3) is "system control number is five-forty five-twenty four-one".
Mr. Adlim: you are right as last time I did not program the control key for '"0" and "1". With programming of "0" and "1" with Null Response (because there is nothing to do with the zone via remote phone), now I can get the zone feed-back as "close" and "open" for the zone via phone;
However, I did not want to have the menu saying that "press 1 to open" and "press 0 to close" the zone !?. I have to accept this hint to "control the zone" or is there any other way: via phone just get to know the status of particular zone and not to "control the zone" alike above?. Thanks

You cannot leave out 0 for off, 1 for ON, as that is the mechanism which the system knows how to announce the words. For example it may be up and down, open and closed, hot and cold etc and not just on and off
