I've had total power failure due to transformer problem.  Now all sorted and when i try to reconnect comfort, d55 (green) is on d54 (red) isn't.  I get message 'no responce from UCM'.  My technical expertise/experience is very limited!! How can I fix?

Does the keypad work, and is able to talk when you sign in?

On the UCM, are the D9 (red) and D10 (green) leds both blinking?

You mean the RED D9 led is blinking and the Green D10 led seems constant on the UCM. Actually the green led is blinking very fast and only seems constant. This is normal and means the UCM is comunicating with Comfort.

Invalid login and call engineer to reset - Are these messages on the keypad or do you see it when trung to login in Comfigurator?

Are you able to sign in on Comfigurator? or on the keypad?

Check the time and date on Comfort. They may have been reset when your power failure and battery low occured. Time programs depend on the date and time in Comfort
