LUX sensor adding repsonses

Hi All,

Iam having trouble adding an Appliance module set to O1 on the X10 range, i want the item to come on at dusk using the LightSensor and off after a set time using Timer05

ive tried allsorts even referting to other responses that are working in a similar way,

Does anyone have an idea how to acheve this? iam doing my head in here :)

Are you using a Light Sensor Module (LSM) which is connected to an Input? The LSM  output will be Open when it is dark and Closed when it is Light

You need to program the Zone number as Switch Normally Closed, so that when it is dark the zone is off and when it is light the zone is ON

The Zone ON Response should be the one that switches on the X10 for the set time. An example of the Response is shown below

X10 A1 On
Do X10A1OFF After 30 Seconds Using Timer05

Hi,

Thanks for the manual, thats great, ill give it a go ref. the manual.

if i have a further problem ill post the code i am/will be trying to use, no doubt i will have made an school boy error somewhere.
