Hi, I've Instaled a Cytech's Comfort Ultra and I'm Having some dificulties with the siren connections and configuration, when the alarm goes on there is no change in the SR+ and SR- (maintains 12V), then I connected the siren to the SPK- and 12VF terminals the siren goes on but in a  intermittent way, and when fire alarm goes on the exterior siren goes on too?

About the strobe I wanted for the strobe to go on when the alarm is in away mode, I changed in the miscellaneous Events menu the security away mode response and put a strobe on response on it, but the strobe will only light if the away mode is armed by GSM? if armed by an imput or by the keypad it will not light.:(

The strobe goes on for 3 seconds and then off automatically when armed to Away mode locally ie by keypad. Hence by GSM it does not happen so your strobe on response will work
It is not advisable to leave the strobe on when armed to away mode, as this tells everyone that people are not at home

The external siren should be connected to SRN+ andn SRN- The SPK should be connected to a 8ohms speaker meant for internal siren
There should be nothing wrong with the siren output, but you may have changed the default programmming. Load a default file (File New) and just test the alarm with the siren by pressing F and AWAY simultaneously on the Keypad (Panic)

I have moved this post to Problems and Troubleshooting from Forum Issues
