If it asks for Engineer Code then you must press F0 on the keypad BEFORE entering the engineer code 6789
Make sure your UCM is communicating, check that the D9 and D10 leds are blinking
What is the number of UCMs in your comfigurator file? If it set to 0 then it will not work
What is the number of UCMs and the shunt settings on UCM?

When the PC asks engineer code, enter 6789 and Enter
Where did you buy the product from, and why was it supplied without a keypad?

Can you go back to my answer two posts ago and reply step by step to my instructions
View> check Monitor I/O
Result?
Press Login , enter 1234
Result?
In the command box enter "DA5C01"
Result?
Then write to Comfort, it ask for Engineer code
enter 6789
Result?
Give me EXACTLY the result otherwise I cannot help
In your case it may be best to ask the company who supplied this to explain better
You can also buy 1 keypad even tjough you dont need it for the project. As you canb see spending so much time would have cost more than the cost of a keypad

If you have problems with the instructions, I suggest that you call Cytech on +65 68469701 and ask for Technical Support to guide you through this

If you use Comfigurator 3 in Configuration>Modules & settings, Configuration Flasg, uncheck the box for "Require Engineer Code to write configuration"
This means you can use User Code instead of Engineer Code and do not need the F0 Key
