Each of 31 Alarm types in Comfort can be programmed to dial out or not to any combination of 8 telephone numbers. See the screen below
Select the alarm type; Low battery, Power Failure, System Disarmed, System Armed etc and check the Dial out box to enable dial out for that alarm, then selectthe combination of 8 telephones

Each Alarm can also be assigned an Alarm Response in the same screen, to be activated when the alarm occurs

Hi Chiu,

I have a customer that is using MinderPRO without any keypad, MinderPRO is integrated to C-Bus as well.

I have programmed the MinderPRO to control the air-con via C-Bus, this part is working fine.

I need to control or monitor the power supply for the chiller and some other equipment in the kitchen area. I am using the current sensor connected to each of the unit incoming power. I need the minderpro to dial out to the customer only once with # acknowledgement. How do I achieve this?

What I have done is I created an alarm event (power fail) to trigger when there is a power failure. The issue is I can get it to dial-out only once, and the alarm (power fail) is triggered, the customer has to disarm the panel via hp and rearmed it again to enable the monitor of the power supply. Is there a way to avoid the rearming via hand phone?  This is because I am using MinderPRO as an automation panel only.
Can I not use the alarm event to do a dial out. I have tried the limit dial-out, but it does not dial out.

It depends on the zone type setting of the zone with the current sensor
If you set it as Normally closed 24 hours, then it does not need to be armed or disarmed, it will dial out every time the current sensor detects no current
