Hi,
Just happened tonight, after I uploaded a new config file, but nohtin exceptionally new that I would have expected this to happen.
Anyway, comofort is working away, able to arm, its controlling lights etc fine, but I cannot connect.
I have an eth03, it is detectable, the app shows connected, but after i enter pwd, nothing happens.
Comfigurator shows, unable to connect to ucm, even though server manager can detect the ucm.
Latest firmare (2.2) on eth03 has been there for months.
Regards,Eamon

Hi Eamon try using the alternative port ie
Internet 1002
Lan 1001
I had this problem and just jiggled them round which seemed to have solved it or check to make sure the WAN IP has not been changed by your provider which they do occasionally and then change it in the app.....

Yeah only other thing was I was in my Venus ucm and set it to monitor mode when it seemed to crash, it may be related.

In Comfort server manager, does the status of the 2 ports show idle or busy when you cannot connect?
It may be a problem with the base UCM or the ETH03 submodule. Do you have another USB UCM to swap the submdoules to confirm?

Evening all, sorted now, I did a full power cycle, disconnected battery and mains and restored.
Slychui, I suspect what happened is putting my ucm Venus into monitor mode truggerd the issue, is this possible?

Ah yes, I have seen this befoire. Sometimes Bus monitor mode on UCM/ETH03 does not exit properly. The symptom is the Red D0 LED on the UCM is blinking gas but the green led is off. Resetting the UCM will fix this.
But what is a UCM Venus?
