Hi,
Just wondering if it is possible to consider adding a few additional tweaks to the eth3
1) For the email config, is it possible to add a test button, so yo u can test and verify your email send settings to ensure they ar working. The only way to do it at the moment is to triger an alarm.
2) Periodic/watchdog alarm. Can you hae this feature to ensure that you receive a once a day email to prove functionality ?
Regards,Eamon

You can test the email sending by doing a dial test by pressing F,3,3. This dials to all phones and email settings of the dial test alarm without causing an "alarm"

You can use Time programs to trigger a response Do Alarm Type - Dial Test or CMS test to send emails according to th email settings of the alarm
A beter way would be to have arm and disarm send emails since the system would be armed and disarmed every day so there is no need for an addtional alarm for sending daily emails
