I have an old comfort 1 system running firmware outside 4.132. I have a serial UCM01 attached bought at the same time as the system. Is there anyway I can use comfigurator to read and write to this comfort 1 system?
When setting up comfigurator 3 I didn't know which system template to choose. I think I did get some reads but also got some form of error saying this system couldn't be written to?
Any help would be appreciated as I have only a few days to strip this system back to a basic alarm only.
Thanks
Bryan

You can convert your old ccl file created using Comfigurator 2, to the cclx file format used by Comfigurator 3
Comfigurator 3 can read ccl files by specifying Files of Type.. choose ccl
Then Save as cclx
You can open the file as cclx in future

I've never used comfigurator with this system before. Are you saying that comfigurator 2 will work ok with a comfort 1?
Thanks

I thought you were already usiing Comfigurator 2.
I suggest you use Comfigurator 3 Choose Comfort I Pro as the default template
