Wondering what would be entailed in upgrading from Comfort Ulta 1 to latest Comfort system.

Is this feasible? - I have the impression that you almost have to start from scratch.

That is a board replacement Comfort II substiture for Comfort I
There are upgrade packages which make it more atttractive. You should check with the distributor

We have carried out a number of board changes now..

If your Comfort unit is tidy and not crowded its a relatively straight forward job. If comfort is a birds nest its a re-wire..

Your existing .ccl file will convert to .cclx IF you have it! Go care full of the modules as they dont appear to convert very well (there is a pop up window to tell you).

You will need a new ringer module if you have a doorphone.
