I have a dial-delay of 60 seconds. I originally assumed that if an intruder alarm occurred (e.g. in Night mode) but the system was then disarmed within the dial-delay the system would not dial-out, but it does, which is annoying.
I still want it to dial-out in Night mode if not disarmed though, e.g. just in case I'm working away and my wife is home alone.
I thought I'd once seen a way to cancel or abort dial-outs - if so, I could do that Action during a SecurityOff response, but I can't find it anywhere. Did I imagine that?
If so, can anyone suggest a method of achieving what I'd like to do?

The dial delay should be cancelled when the system is disarmed.
Can you check again and make sure the alarm is not triggered again

Ok, will try this tonight when I get home.
Related to that... if the dial-delay has passed and the dial-out attempts have started (but say the first attempt went to my mobile's voicemail) and my wife then disarmed the system on the keypad at home, will Comfort still continue to keep trying to dial my mobile until I answer and sign-in, or will that also get cancelled by the keypad sign-in and disarm?

The dial out will be aborted if anybody disarms the system either by phone or keypad or other means

Usefully we accidentally triggered an intruder alarm in Night mode at the weekend and I disarmed quickly and the dial-out did NOT happen (i.e. it was correctly aborted as you suggested).
However, I'm now wondering it my perception of non-aborted dial-outs is due to Non-Detector Alarm conditions. We get a lot of power failures in our area so perhaps that is what I'm thinking of. Having a quick look now I see there's no Dial-Delay column on the non-detector alarms page in Comfigurator. Assuming that is what I've been encountering, should those dial-outs be aborted when someone signs in on the keypad to acknowledge the condition?

The Nondetector alarms will trigger an Alarm Type
Conceptually, Zones trigger Alarm Types. Nondetector Alarms trigger alarms that are not due to zones eg Power Failiure and battery. If you set the Alarm Type of a nondetector alarm to 0, that means that condition will have NO alarm. eg setting Power Failure Nondetector alarm to alarm type 0 means power failure condition will not cause alarm. Ultimately it is the Alarm Type which determines the behaviour of the alarm eg Dial out, siren, strobe etc
Eg Power Fail Nondetector Slarm triggers Power Failure Alarm Type
It is the Alarm Type where the Dial Delay is enabled or not eg Power Failure Alarm Type is 8
(Note that in Comfigurator 3.12.1 in Simplified Engineer View, the Dial delay is not visible in the alarm type because it is not used often. You have to set View Mode = Advanced Engineer to see the dial delay)
To be honest I do not know if the power failure restore would abort the dial out if a dial delay running, because the feature was originally designed for Intruder alarms.
Perhaps when you enter the code when the power failure occurs that aborts the dial out? Have you tried that?

Sorry, you're going to think I'm really crazy now. Looking at my config more closely, I have a dial-delay period configured but only one of my Alarm Types has it set to "yes" - the PowerFail one. All of the others are set to "No" which is NOT what I thought I'd done. So, given the behaviour I described yesterday I'm now really confused.
I think it is best if I got an re-test all of these in a controlled fashion and then come back to you with a clear question - if I don't find out I've just done something (else) silly.
