I have the answerphone set up with 2 users.
It works. The system calls me on my mobile to tell me there is a message. When I hit the mailbox number it tells me the name but doesn't play the message.
When I return home I can listen to the message.
How can I get the system to play the message for me?

when Comfort calls you a new message, you need to sign in with your user codeIt will play the new message automatically
You say you "hit the mailbox button" but what do you mean? There is no mailbox button

When comfort calls to your mobile, and you answer, it says "New Message, press 1 to repeat, # to end"
You need to sign in by pressing * followed by (code) and #
If the code is correct, the menu is "Welcome, Security off, you have 1 new message..." and it plays the message for you
So there is no mailbox number that is expected for you to press
