Dear Mr. Chiu,   In one of our project the client wants to use a seperated addressable firealam. this building is 18 floors with 2 units on each floor. He asked us to contact it to Comfort in order to dial to the owner of the houses if any alarm happens. Which mark of firealarm system should he use which can be connected to comfort and how we can do this ?   regards, Aflaki

Dear Mr Aflaki
This type of fire alarm for buildings should be a dedicated fire alarm system. I believe there are building regulations which determine certain requirements, displays, responses for fire alarms which are best served by a dedicated system instead of Comfort wich is meant for residences and individual offices
However it should be possible for Comfort to also monitor the fire alarm using an auxilliary output from each of the fire alarms and connect each to a Comfort Input as a Smoke detector zone type This wll allow Comfort to dial out to the supervisor when a fire alarm occurs. Youcan install the UCM/GSM to send SMS messages which tell which zone was triggered
regards
