I need to install 2 internal speakers as internal siren.
Each speaker is 8 Ohm.
I know the SPK output of Comfort supports an 8Ohm speaker.
What about parallel connection of two speakers (= 4Ohm) ?

That is not recommended as it may overload the speaker driver.
However you can connect the two speakers in series which gives the combination a 16 ohms impedance. The volume may be reduced but perhaps it may be sufficient for you
